Rob Rogers

When Eleanor first saw him, Rob was playing bagpipes. He put them down to dance with Eleanor in Brigadoon, and they kept on dancing – North Carolina, Canada, New York, and Atlanta. When they retired from performing, Eleanor started teaching and Rob leveraged his communications degree to work in specialized information publishing as researcher/writer, editor and director of content. You might see him backstage (and sometimes onstage) during productions and around the studio. He co-teaches Still Pointe’s Dance for Parkinson’s class with Eleanor, is developing a dance program for seniors, and will help teach a new boys class at Still Pointe next season. He did take up the bagpipes again and loves to play at the park with the dogs at his feet, as well as for events around Atlanta and north Georgia.
