Costs

A registration fee of $45 per dancer ($90 maximum per family) is required to be placed on the roster of classes at Still Pointe. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Tuition rates are based on the number of hours a dancer takes per week. Please refer to In the Studio: Schedule 2024/2025 to determine the number of hours your student will be taking. Fees are listed for one term. Each term covers 12 weeks. Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and Spring Break are not included in the 12 week terms. Our season, August to June, comprises 3 terms.

45 minutes per week: $190. per term. (Storybook)

1 hour per week: $253. per term. (Basics A/Lilac, Basics B/Light Blue, Ballet 1A/Royal Blue, Ballet 1B/Purple) Schedule 2024/2025

2 hours per week: $471. per term. (Ballet 2A) 

3 hours per week: $639. per term. 

4 hours per week: $744. per term.  

5 hours per week: $841. per term.

6.5 hours per week: $988. per term.

7.5 hours per week: $1029 per term.

A season is comprised of 35 weeks. Rehearsals (outside of class time) for our spring concert are not charged to our families. Therefore, there will be no refunds given for classes canceled due to severe weather, teacher illness, or for holidays. No refund or discount will be given in the case of sheltering in place for public safety. Classes will be moved online. Students are strongly encouraged to make up missed classes.

Note: Families with more than 1 dancer will be given a 10% discount on the younger (lesser hours) siblings' tuition. Summer offerings and workshops are not eligible for the discount.

Once a child is confirmed in a class, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Once a term has begun, no refunds will be given for the fees paid.

Annual Spring Concert:
There are 3 separate charges associated with our spring concert. Each charge may be paid separately, according to the following schedule, or all at the same time at the end of October.
Costumes are $100. each. Dancers who participate in contemporary classes have both a ballet costume and a contemporary costume.
1.) The costume deposit of $50. (per costume) is due with the 2nd term tuition (October 31st).
2.) The costume balance of $50 (per costume) is due on December 1st.
3.) The Performance Fee is $50. for each dancer participating and is due with the 3rd term tuition (February 1st).
Spring Concert tickets will be available for purchase online. 


Payment

We collect tuition 3 times a year. Each term covers an 12 week period of classes (not including the breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break). A late fee of $25 will be charged when an account is past due. There will be a $35 fee charged for checks that are returned due to NSF.


Due dates for fees

  • 1st Term: Due before the student's first lesson. No student may begin classes until she/he is registered through our online portal and the registration fee and 1st Term tuition are paid.

  • 2nd Term Tuition and Costume Deposit: November 4th, 2024

  • Costume Fee Balance: December 9, 2024.

  • 3rd Term and Performance Fee: February 24, 2025
